Workshop

Small Game

Klein Wild

Explanation

A visit to the forest can already be very fun because of the different landscapes, streams, ponds, trees and plants. There is something that makes the forest even more interesting: an encounter with the wild animals that live there. If you know where and how to look, you can encounter animals such as deer, wild boars, foxes, badgers, martens, stoats and of course rabbits in our forests. (And that's only a few of the mammals category.) An encounter on your bushcraft trip with many of these animals, who independently survive in the forest, often feels special. In some cases you can also eat some of these animals. This workshop allows you to see, feel, smell and hear as much of these animals as possible. Addressed are the subjects 'finding and recognising traces', 'catching techniques' and the preparation of small game. Naturally examples will be given in the woods and the techniques will also be practiced.
