Workshop

Map & Compass

kaart & Kompas

Explanation

Where is the stream where you can get water? Where is that deciduous forest with enough leaves to build your shelter with? Where are the edges of the woods to collect certain edible plants? Where are you? The usefulness of knowing where in the landscape you are and where you want to go during your bushcraft trip, does not need much explanation. This is the only workshop that Liv'n Nature offers in the form a game.

After a central explanation about working with map and compass, you will excplore the forest in small groups, all with their own map, compass and paper with the checkpoints on it. On the checkpoints, you'll do assignments related to navigation, or bushcraft in general (fire, water, food, shelter). After you have completed all assignments or time runs out, you come back to the base camp. For the team with the most points, there is a small price.
